About HVAC in South Whitley, IN

Most comfort complaints in South Whitley, IN turn out to be ductwork rather than equipment.

An upstairs that will not cool, a back bedroom that never warms, weak air from certain registers. These are distribution problems, and they survive a new furnace or condenser intact. Pao Card would rather find that before you spend on equipment than after.

What we do

• Duct assessment. Sizing, leakage and balance. Ducts specified for heating airflow are frequently undersized for cooling, which is why so many houses here heat acceptably and cool poorly through the same system.
• Heating. Furnace repair and replacement, sized by heat loss calculation rather than by matching what is already fitted.
• Cooling. Summers carry real humidity, so run time and staging matter as much as capacity.
• Maintenance. Combustion checks before winter, coil and drain service before summer, so failures are found in the shoulder seasons.

How we work

Written pricing before work begins. Technicians who explain the fault in plain terms and show you the part. Honest answers on repair versus replace, including the frequent case where the equipment is sound and the ducts are not.
